At Boat Therapy, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding processing, delivery times, and shipping rates.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Typical delivery windows are:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note: These estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays or other external factors.

Domestic & International Shipping

We offer shipping within the U.S. and to select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us to explore options.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at mhoover@boattherapy.net with your order number and details. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns

We currently do not accept returns unless merchandise is damaged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
